Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.

2. NFT Subscription Model

Our subscriptions are represented as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on the Bitcoin SV blockchain:

  • All subscription tiers (including Free) require claiming/purchasing an NFT
  • NFTs have limited supply and can sell out
  • NFTs are tradeable on secondary markets
  • You own the NFT and can transfer or sell it at any time
  • Subscription benefits are tied to NFT ownership verification

3. Payments and Pricing

Payments are processed using MNEE stablecoin (1 MNEE = $1 USD):

  • Free tier: 0 MNEE (subsidized via droplit, limited supply)
  • Paid tiers: Prices listed on pricing page
  • No automatic renewals - manual purchase required
  • Payments are non-refundable once NFT is minted
  • Enterprise pricing is custom and negotiated separately

4. On-Chain Data Limits

Each subscription tier includes on-chain data storage limits via droplit:

  • Free: 5MB per month
  • Starter: 50MB per month
  • Pro: 500MB per month
  • Enterprise: Unlimited
  • Limits reset monthly upon subscription renewal
  • Exceeding limits will result in blocked requests

5. Sellouts and Secondary Market

Due to limited NFT supply:

  • Any tier can sell out based on monthly supply caps
  • When sold out, users may purchase from secondary markets
  • We do not control secondary market pricing
  • We are not responsible for secondary market transactions

6. API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to tier-based rate limits and quotas as specified in your subscription tier.

7. Designated Address

You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid designated address for NFT delivery. We are not responsible for NFTs sent to incorrect addresses.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for violations of these terms. NFT ownership remains with you, but API access may be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, funds, or NFTs.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
