Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MintFlow, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.
2. Token Creation and Ownership
MintFlow helps users prepare and create tokens on the Bitcoin SV blockchain:
- You choose the collection supply, tiers, and benefits
- Direct wallet launches require your compatible wallet to approve on-chain actions
- Hosted sales require Sigma sign-in and your explicit Stripe payment approval
- You are responsible for reviewing details before approval
- Token ownership can be transferred according to its protocol
3. Payments and Pricing
Mint to your wallet mints to your compatible wallet for a $0 MintFlow fee, with Bitcoin network costs shown before approval. When MintFlow-hosted sales is offered, it charges a one-time $10 setup fee for collection, sale inventory, storefront, and delivery provisioning. MintFlow covers the hosted on-chain setup costs.
- Hosted setup fees are charged once through Stripe before the hosted workflow begins
- MintFlow does not create automatic recurring charges
- Wallet and network fees may be irreversible once broadcast
- Any applicable third-party charges are shown before approval
4. On-Chain Data
Information written to Bitcoin may be public and permanent. Do not include secrets, personal data, or content you are not authorized to publish.
- You are responsible for the content you submit
- Direct wallet launches show network actions in your wallet; hosted actions are performed by MintFlow after your explicit payment
- MintFlow cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction
5. Sales and Third-Party Markets
Wallet sale pages and secondary markets may depend on third-party services and protocols:
- A collection can sell out when its available supply is gone
- Creators are responsible for their listings and fulfillment
- We do not control secondary market pricing
- We are not responsible for secondary market transactions
6. API Usage and Rate Limits
Public APIs and agent tools may prepare and validate an editable launch. They do not connect a wallet, sign, mint, spend, charge, broadcast, or commit on a user's behalf.
7. Designated Address
You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid designated address for NFT delivery. We are not responsible for NFTs sent to incorrect addresses.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for violations of these terms. NFT ownership remains with you, but API access may be revoked.
9. Limitation of Liability
We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, funds, or NFTs.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
